All quotations provided by Freshzoneboard are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, project scope modifications, and site conditions. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before commencement of work.
A deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your project agreement.
Once an order is confirmed and a deposit has been paid, custom manufacturing begins. Cancellations made after production has commenced may incur charges to cover materials and labor already invested. We recommend reviewing all specifications carefully before confirming your order.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project in question.
All custom designs, drawings, and specifications created by Freshzoneboard remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use these designs for their specific project but may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.
We collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Client information is used solely for service delivery, communication, and business purposes. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations.
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or our services, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
